Monday – Thursday from 6pm onwards - £40 per hour, minimum 2 hour hire required
Friday or Saturday night – 7pm until midnight - £300 for 5 hours
Sunday Anytime - £40 per hour, minimum 2 hour hire required
If you require any additional decorating time, this will be charged at half the usual hire cost, maximum 1 ½ hours allowed.
We will take a 15% deposit and require a signed copy of our hire terms and conditions to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than a week before your event.
We also take an additional safety deposit of £50.00 prior to the event, which is refunded post event as long as all terms and conditions are adhered to.
All drinks – alcoholic and soft – must be purchased from the bar on board.
Hirers are able to bring their own cooked food for the event if they wish. Alternatively we can cater for your event.
The Hirer is responsible for all waste from the party, this must be taken with them at the end of the hire period. We can dispose of your waste if preferred at an additional cost. Price will vary depending on waste produced.
The Venue must be left in a tidy state by the end of the hire period or a charge may be incurred.
Any electrical equipment brought to The Ark for use must be PAT tested.
You are able to use any DJ or musician for your event but we must receive the Public Liability Insurance for these entertainments prior to the event.
